Shipping and returns

Shipping times:

Shipping can be done from our warehouses in France, the United States, or China. The average shipping time for each product is 3 to 5 days. This time may change and be extended during the period of the coronavirus health crisis.


Types and delivery times:

My Kalimba delivers your orders worldwide! Deliveries are handled by USPS, FedEx or Canada Post, depending on your location. Delivery is made within 10 to 20 working days after shipment.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a notice in your mailbox. We strongly advise you to check your parcel tracking frequently in case the postman forgets to leave this delivery notice.



You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date.

The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns are checked by our quality managers. If they notice that an item is torn, stained or used, the return or exchange will not be accepted. Items must be in good condition, and only a technical failure of an item will make it eligible for a refund.

If you return your item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider this item as non-refundable.

We do not accept packages returned via a payment service upon receipt. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Be careful: Packages will always be shipped to the address indicated. In the event of an error in the address indicated, the package will be returned to the international overseas warehouses for destruction. We disclaim any responsibility for any errors made by customers when placing their orders.


Digital products:

Items that may be eligible for a return, refund or exchange include physical goods (My Kalimba, accessories, carrying bag, etc).

Digital goods such as applications, training, add-ons, subscriptions, insurance and e-books cannot be returned or refunded. 



In case of loss of your package by the postal services, you can request a refund if you subscribed to the insurance "Delay and loss of package".

Significant delays as stated in the insurance refers to delays of more than 90 days from the estimated date of delivery, in particular because of the health crisis linked to the coronavirus. In this case, the customer will be compensated or refunded for the inconvenience.
